User Instructions

• Terracotta has natural benefits, which make it ideally suited for a variety of cooking and storage pots.

• This traditional terracotta garlic storage pot, also known as a garlic keeper, has been designed to keep your garlic bulbs fresh, retaining the full flavour, and in good condition until you are ready to use them.

• Garlic should never be stored in the refrigerator.

• For best results it should be stored at room temperature in a well ventilated container.

• The holes in this garlic pot ensure good ventilation is maintained, reducing humidity, which in turn helps to reduce the likelihood of germination and sprouting.

• Rinse thoroughly in warm water to ensure that any clay residue is removed, and allow to dry completely with the lid off before use.
